I’ve decided to start blogging on this site to keep everyone apprised of what I am doing and to educate people on some the latest developments in the law.
I don’t know how often I will post, because I have been very busy.
While I am based in Annapolis and right next door to the Anne Arundel County Circuit Courthouse (where I practiced law for nearly ten years as a Public Defender), the last few months I have been to District and Circuit Courts in Baltimore City (where I was a prosecutor for nearly four years), Baltimore County (where I grew up), Frederick County, Carroll County, and Caroline County. I expect to visit more counties soon.
